We understand the customers prospect about Return & Refunds, so we have certain criteria as below:-
- We have a 7 days return & refund policy, so we should be notified within the said timeline from the date of goods delivered at your place.
- We will surely exchange the product if it is damaged in transit or the wrong product received by you (Product must be returned to us by the Buyer).
- We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if the goods delivered are undamaged & perfect with regards to the order placed by you or if we found that return requested is on false grounds.
- Refund will be made to you through the same mode of payment by which the original transaction was done within 7 working days of return goods received by us.
- Cancellation can be done before payment is made. If you cancel the order after payment is made, we will deduct payment processing charges of 3% and if the goods are already shipped, then both side shipping charges will also be deducted along with payment processing charges and the refund will be done within 7 days of the return goods received by us.
Note: - Above both scenarios are applied only after we received the physical product on the below address with a proper Invoice copy from you.
